How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at contact@ecotrad.shop within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Our team will provide you with the RA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
3. Please package the item securely, including the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return to the address provided with the RA number.

Refund or Exchange

1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your return within 3 business days.
2. You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
3. Time of refunds will be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items
